  • Just yourself! Feel free to also bring a notebook and pen if you’d like to write anything down.

  • I first pull a four-card spread (theme, what will help you move forward, guidance to move forward, and outcome). I also pull a current energy, near future energy, and three-month energy. I connect with your spirit guides through channeling. The cards are used as a tool for more clarity.

  • Up to you! I normally suggest just see what comes through first, and then we can ask specific questions. But if you’d like to focus on something specific, we definitely can.

  • Yes, this is optional.
